It is with external legal counsel and has not been published yet. Nothing has been written in its place: a draft on this page would look like a policy you could rely on, and it would not be one.
The Power of Attorney instrument the platform issues is under the same review, so the terms and the document they govern will be published together rather than one ahead of the other.
Until then, the terms that apply to a specific transaction are the ones presented and agreed inside the platform at the point you enter it. If you need a copy of what you agreed to, ask through the contact page.
