Legal
Privacy Policy
What the platform collects, why, and what rights you have over it under the Nigeria Data Protection Act. The policy is with external counsel and will be published here when it is settled.
This document is being finalised
It is with external legal counsel and has not been published yet. Nothing has been written in its place: a draft on this page would look like a policy you could rely on, and it would not be one.
Two things can be said without waiting for counsel, because both are facts about how this site is built rather than legal positions. The company pages, this one included, set no cookies of their own, run no analytics and load no third-party scripts. And nothing is stored in your browser before you answer the consent banner, which is why the banner is the first thing a first-time visitor meets.
Signing in is different, and it should be. An account holder is given a session cookie so the platform knows who is asking, and you can end it at any time by signing out or by withdrawing consent through Cookie choices in the footer. What the platform holds beyond that, once there are accounts, documents and identity records behind them, is exactly what the policy under review will set out.
